The COP19 climate talks in Warsaw opened on 11 November, with the aim of developing a legally binding global climate agreement.
This follows the publication in September of the UN’s IPCC (Intergovernmental panel on climate change) report on the latest climate science, stating “Limiting climate change will require substantial and sustained reductions of greenhouse gas emissions”
